we weren’t notified that pool, gym, and breakfast were closed before booking the hotel.

some lady in the parking lot approached my kids and i begging for money bc she needed a hotel for her kids to sleep in, instead of a car

jet spa tub was the main reason for booking and it didn’t even work

the overall look of the room, the spa tub looked like it might electrocute you it worked great

requested extra towels when i booked my reservation for the king spa jacuzzi room

staff was great. took care of us. allowed a late check out next day. which was great.
