front office staff is rude and asked why you would need housekeeping,and wanted me to bring laundry to them

all night laundry being done

room smelled like cigarette smoke come to find out later in the night that the man that was doing laundry smokes in the laundry room

i was next to the laundry room for quest did not hear it

the pool was a little too cold and extra extra clean with chlorine.

didn’t like how the pool hours were limited for covid and i didn’t like how they had select few snack choices

excellent choice for visiting uiuc. convenient location and good breakfast.

staff, beds were comfy, good variety for breakfast, and loved the appointments to swim with yjust people from your room

my only complaints would be that the bed was very uncomfortable and stiff and that the pool is not open to guests freely

location of the hotel was ideal and had a large parking lot that could easily accommodate several trucks with trailers

our favorite part was walking out of our room the next morning to the smell of breakfast waiting in the lobby
