issue was in the pool area, we took our kids swimming in the morning before half our family was checking out

the pool hours were great and we enjoyed the indoor pool/jacuzzi

to get towels from the front desk for the pool, both times we went to the desk there was no one there

the breakfast--came at 9:00 am. hot food was almost gone and dried out what was left.
