we could have used some shade at the pool. that's about it.

cleanliness. room size & kitchen

the chef came out and cussed out an older man because he sent his food back to the kitchen while we were there

kitchenette area should have at least one mug, bowl, plate for using microwave:) cable tv was poor

the faucet in the mini kitchen was lose and the bathroom sink

clean,comfortable,friendly staff, bar on property,oceanfront

great location and they did allow us to get an early check in around noon!

the spa and pool. excellent staff restaurant in the facility

we didn’t eat in the restaurant but a nice setup with bar and restaurant looking at the water

i went to the bar at the restaurant was not acknowledged sat a while before the bar tender came to assist

pool not heated as advertised. very cold

free breakfast and we were able to take our dog, they had a dog table when you first came him for treats

beds and pillows, great pool, great selection of television stations, great breakfast

i loved the pool and the mini store in the lobby

had no idea until i showed up that they would charge $100 for a pet fee, which was almost as much as what we paid for the room

indoor mini golf and shopping.

the gym needs ventilation or a fan or something and the water cooler was empty while there

room service (restaurant) was difficult to get a hold of, and they were out of what we wanted to (-)to order room service told by kitchen hostess (-)resteraunt not even available for room service (-) while they promote a bar, room service etc, none of this is functional at this time (+)understand covid and there is no room service, but was not aware of this at booking and paying the full amount expecting full

the gym was small but nice

the indoor pool was a great distraction and the gym whenever we were indoors

we never ate breakfast here it was too expensive

ocean front room upgrade and early check in

the gym had just enough equipment to get a good workout in

the outdoor setup with whirlpool, little lazy river and slides in pool for the kids

we don't get away often without the kids, so it was really a nice mini vacay

i booked they said that the indoor pool was heated but when i got in it was so cold

very nice fir a beach hotel. staff was friendly. accommodated an early check in.

great location for you to take kids out to have fun

big chess set in the activity room and me and my sister were thrilled about having access to the gym

the epic bar was the nicest and we had a great bartender/server that seemed to be overworked but he still

on the beach, they allowed dogs, full kitchen, 2 pools, the room was spacious and clean

poolside bar and a few steps from the beach

we didn't use the pool but it looked fun and always had music playing

the lamp on the kitchen table didn't work so we lost use of those 2 outlets during our stay

place so many times for so many years, this time we stayed on a suite, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry

thing better would have been an outside pool

nothing was given either, no discount considering that’s all my kids wanted to do

staying longer than a few nights, i would have needed additional kitchen gear

good food in the restaurant with good selections for breakfast for the adults and the kids

lobby was slippery from people coming from pool to their room,staff did try to keep up with

i had no issues with this place but one thing i enjoyed that the pool was small but the area for the pool should’ve been a little bigger for more space to walk

and the cafe bar & grill had great breakfast food

the deck has many lifted boards which caused one of the kids to get hurt

i understand kids go on vacation too as i brought mine but this was non stop even at 2:30 am

two king beds. ev charger (there is only one, so by sheer luck i was able to use it.)

guest laundry - washer worked fine but when it came time to dry the clothes the dryers were not heating,

was clean and great, especially the breakfast it was delicious and our server was wonderful

because of the parking garage, room was very clean and much bigger than we expected, the indoor pool and hot tub was also a great experience

looked how the staff was super layed back, it had lots of amenities, beach to pool was awesome

gym and hot un were great as far as selection and quantity

amenities being worked on (gym, hot tub) no sink or microwave

only issue was the layout of the indoor pool

the customer service lady who checked us in. very nice n accommodated out early check in.

only thing i did like was the around 11pm kids started running up and down the hallway yelling and laughing

the pool needs major work. the laundry was outdated.

was a baseball tourney in town during our stay, so at 7am we were woken to the sounds of noisy kids
