nice staff, no nonsense. laundry, comfy beds, good value.

we love that it had a sauna, right next to the fitness room, option to wash/dry clothes

were remodeling the fitness area, so it smelled like paint

no elevator to the second floor and no fitness room

it can be loud at times. was disappointed to not be able to use fitness center because of covid

we even had to use the laundry room, which was free and easy to access

restaurant and bar was good service, friendly staff and good food

we loved the pool area

we also had fun in the gym and the pool

we enjoyed having the restaurant / bar downstairs next to the hotel lobby

breakfast was very good and the laundry have several machines so you never have to wait

the breakfast room was tight, but no suggestions for enlarging it.

could have used another laundry facility as the washer was always full and people waiting

- in fact kids eat free in the restaurant and we even noticed the outdoor pool and grounds were cleaned daily

it was a bagged breakfast because of the cov19 pandemic restrictions. it was warn and fresh.

there was a pool though we didn't get a chance to use it

also our flight home was at 530am, they provided a shuttle to the airport at 415am

atmosphere there from the quant decorated rooms to the staff who were helpful from checkin to the bar and shopping area

during night all night long, doors slamming people talking kids playing , third night they turned on the radiators and they made loud noises all night long,

the bar and restaurant are both in the building and easily accessible

the staff is warm and friendly, the bar offerings are excellent, and the live music offered was professional quality

the only thing was that it felt like a bed and breakfast, but there is no breakfast
