loved the heated pool

no swimming pool as advertised.

bikes were amazing, loved the friendly touches like the dj by the pool and the complimentary tito’s and fruit punches

little kitchenette w table, microwave, small fridge , plates , utensils etc

breakfast, the room was very clean, they have a shuttle bus to winwood resort, enough parking

kitchen and bathroom were well stocked

were very nice, and a mini kitchen was a big plus

ac was a blessing as the weather was hot but the swimming pool was across the aforementioned main road so we didn't visit it

had a 1 bedroom with a kitchen, there were pots, pans, plates and cooking utensils but no cutlery

room was spacious and included a separate living room and kitchen.

lovely setting at the top of a hill. lots of lawns and games and playground and pool.

i chose this hotel for my kids because i thought they would have a blast at the indoor pool and bowling alley

my kids liked the

we did not use the pool but used the bowling which is nice though old

wish the indoor pool wasn’t under construction, but understandable.

the room had a spa which made our journey much more relaxing

they have an honor bar stocked full of goodies but they also have a small kitchenette with different breads and jams and butters that guests can help themselves to it any

a variety of choices for a continental breakfast was offered with fresh baked muffins as their signature

full kitchen with dishwasher and would be perfect for a family

really relaxed atmosphere and a lovely continental breakfast

room was neat and the kitchen was well-stocked

were the same kids in the swimming pool the entire day and night and i couldn’t even get into the pool they

the pool could be cleaner and with less clorine

we have kids, so it was messy floors by the first day

restaurant was old and outdated, salad bar was not appetizing looking

early check in. lovely pool. welcoming and helpful reception. comfy beds.

i also expected a bar service (only coffee available) and also expected a breakfast

also, in one occasion, the staff left our front door unlocked after they delivered a kitchen necessity while we were away

they offer a gourmet coffee bar from 7:30-10:30 but we were back on the road so didn’t get to sample

d candies for purchase at the checkin area, the delicious coffee and tea in the morning, the kitchen and fireplace and outdoor bonfire)

our cabin was beautiful and our family felt super comfortable there (2 kids, 8 and 5)

the rooms were beautifully furnished, the restaurant and bar was outstanding

no complaints. because of covid the communal areas and breakfast and bar were not open.

breakfast was marginal. little choice and small room.

the menu for the all day bar in the lobby, they didn't even have half of the options

the restaurant and bar were also great

we ate at the bar next door which was very good

but the front desk changed the room and also offered a free breakfast the next day

space, neat electric blackout curtains and the hotel bar looked amazing
