we didn't have kids so it was fine, but would have been really annoying if we were trying to sleep

and you can always stay in the pool and pool bar without a lounge chair for a bit so don't let this put you off in any way

was impeccable form pulling up to the valet to check in, luggage, room service, pool attendants were superb bring fresh fruit, chair and towel setup, cold lavender

the pool was great for our toddler as it started at 9 inches and then proceeded to max 4 ft (i believe)

outdoor lego play for kids quiet and away from hustle and bustle from the beach

free breakfast, the grill outside, jacuzzi, basketball court

wasnt any hand disinfectant i found a bit annoying as there are a lot of people (including many kids), so i would have liked that like on a cruise ship people have to clean their hands before

the spa was pricey, but worth it

my kids absolutely cherished the experience and my wife loved it as well

think there needs to be more food options, esp at the kapa bar because this is more low key and affordable

staff members for kids club was super friendly, but reception desk very cold

the music at the bar was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation.

the pool and hot tub are wonderful

should have life vests / floaters for the kids for the pool.

spa and gym superb pool facilities excellent along with pool side god and drink service

there was no room service for meals, other than breakfast.

so happy they had laundry facilities on site

is great, the kids loved going between that and the beach

also i wish they had an airport shuttle to the main ogg airport on the island

there are a lot of kids at this hotel, which makes it a bit different from my personal preference since i don’t have

complimentary drinks from the bar at the luau

sheraton up the beach, with signing privilidges as well there are water sports, whale watching, spa services, lessons, exotic birds on

amenities were excellent too - reserved beach chairs/umbrellas and water equipment rentals, spa, gym, room service,

was on the west coast of the island near kapalua which is where they have a couple of fantastic golf corpses managed by troon- plantation and the bay course

the amenities (water downstairs, cultural center, snack bar located outside, maui brewing and the laundry mat

i really liked the passport program for the kids

the kids kept running into the adults along the edge or the scuba class in the middle

room being next to laundry n stairs..but easy access which was nice for husband .

breakfast menu was a little bit lacking but there are a huge amount of options within walking

food service at teppanyaki restaurant was ordinary. room service was not very helpful.

have visted maui twice and booked the sheraton again for the location, the pool, and the food available at and near the resort

as well as having room service 24/7

i loved the pool, the live music by the bar and free activities in the mornings

i had a broken foot, i would not have minded golf carts for rent or cart service to the nearby hotels/beaches

parking sometimes a distant walk when luau going on, but golf carts by staff was available

resort, we had ocean view room, the view is beautiful with ocean and golf course, palm trees,

didn’t like the bathroom /kitchenette area in our room

additionally, the pool area and restaurant was excellent

our unit was clean, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate toilet/bathing area, and had a large balcony

the pool is nice with seats and small tables for drinks

laundry facilities were under repair mid way through which was inconvenient

laundry, gym and cafe/restaurant

away which made it really esay to come back and forth from the beach to the apartment with our kids

room overlooked the water slide, so it was a never ending stream of screaming kids waiting in line and sliding into the pool… felt like a disneyland resort all day long

spacious 1 bedroom suite with kitchen. partial ocean view.

pool and beach stay open late, but the pool house for towels and rentals closes at 6:00pm

appreciated the full kitchen with the oven, which we used.
