breakfast was disappointing. i understand. but it would have been nice to have a hot meal.

the spa tub jets did not work and the staff would not help with the problem.

opted for a spa tub that was externally spotless

the spa tub needs to be alittle longer for us guys that are 6'6 and long legs lol.

i prefer to swim, at night (after kids go to bed) to help relax me before bed (-)the pool was down for maintenance and i had some disappointed kids (+)mother s day, they asked how many kids i had (+)the breakfast was good. my kids loved it. (+) i am allergic to chlorine so i couldn't even swim with my kids (-)constant slamming doors at 11pm kids allowed to run the halls late at night staff wouldn't do anything about (-) kids jumping on the floor of the room directly over ours (-)my family out for having a service dog and refused to give me my money back, had 6 kids and husband with me (-)until 9:15 when the pool closed at 10 so we didn t get the full hour we should have gotten) the kids were extremely disappointed which as a mother made my blood boil (-) checked in with my two kids after a long fun evening with family

people in the parking lot drinking and blasting inappropriate music

the parking lot was easy to navigate, there were enough handicapped parking places available

clean and comfortable room and had plenty of parking and the pool was great

bed was very comfortable and the variety for breakfast was great

so was the other stuff for breakfast

they ran out of biscuits and gravy before end of breakfast time.

it was the weekend and they put all the breakfast away at 9. that stunk

we were glad to have a full breakfast available at the hotel.

don't like that i can't hook my gaming console up because the wifi only works on phones or computers

there was plenty of quality equipment pieces, it was really like a mini gym

there wasn t any room service to come clean our room during the

hard to log into the wifi and the room didn't have bedding for the pullout couch

indoor pool and hot tub stays open until midnight!

free breakfast is take out only. eating in the rooms is not very convenient.
