wifi is slow and bed was a little too firm for me

having a bar inside the hotel was an added bonus for us

bar and restaurants excellent

the bar and restaurant located downstairs is convenient

decided to due room service from the restaurant

nice pool & hot tub

food and bar were excellent

the historic bridge towering over the pool was a sight to see

nothing negative here. could’ve used better towel stocking at the pool but no big deal.

there is a playground for kids and large pool

friendly staff, good breakfast, 24/7 hot beverages, fresh cookies baked daily, pool/spa with separate kiddie pool, outdoor fireplace

but would have loved a heads up on the parking lot remodel because it was impossible to get myself, a pregnant lady and a toddler out of a

pool area had an incredible chlorine smell in the air which maybe standard for the industry but not

easy and convenient ev charging.

kids out in the pool area unattended by an adult and they were screaming bloody murder the entire

you'd have to use the kitchenette sink outside the bathroom door

breakfast was excellent, kitchen clean, food tasty

the kids loved the marshmallows they had out there

the gym is more than adequate and clean

the hotels fault but there were kids running up and down the hallways for a little while around 12am being really loud and

the undisclosed charge for parking, the lack of detergent dispenser in the laundry

amazing breakfast with so many choices (both vegan and carnivore-friendly with things adults and kids will eat), super comfortable room, lovely grounds, door-hanger that alerts staff our pet is (+)the breakfast was fabulous! so many choices! the kids loved the waffle maker.

we travel a lot and had food restrictions and kids this trip, but have not come across a more professional service experience

breakfast a plus, bed soooo comfy, staff soooo friendly, loved the decor, loved the landscaping,

again, not an issue for me but i can see why this might upset someone with kids (or a husband who hates commercials — insert eye roll)

my room was comfortable and the spa tub was amazing

however when we checked out i asked if the pet fee could be waived for this inconvenience and they waived it so that made it all
