picky daughter - and a perfect start for her busy day, as we were there for her to compete in a gymnastics meet

very well furnished, nice, clean, good gym!

staff super friendly and helpful, allowed us an early check in and stored our bags on checkout day

beds were very comfortable and there was a good breakfast

employees, cleanliness, pool and hot tub was open.

breakfast not available of course. the tiny muffins as a substitute were not worth anything

the gym was great. the breakfast was warm and delicious with plenty of seating.

more breakfast options would be great but overall no complaints at all

is a nice hotel offering airport shuttle service in a super downtown location

it also is one of the only downtown hotels that offers a complimentary hotel shuttle which was a nice bonus

my only issue was with the front desk and laundry that had to be done

hotel does not offer breakfast but having the espresso bar in the lobby was convienient

the offers of the hotel from the breakfast choices and access to the local gym was very nice

we could hear kids in the pool after dark even on the 3rd floor.

and dirt on balcany, furniture was filthy, mold in shower, toilet was old, managment was poor, laundry left in hallway for a day and half, restruant food was subpar, other peoples dogs barking

also thought there was laundry services and a print/business area for computer work, and nothing was available

i did notice a few individuals in the parking lot who appeared to be under the influence and possibly staying in or near their vehicles

the room was beautiful and clean. they up graded it for free. the parking was free

the appliances in the kitchen are also super noisy

we stayed in december and my kids wanted a indoor pool. this property has an outdoor pool.
