the breakfast here was excellent

new room located us across from the ice machine and laundry - lots of noise, did not sleep well at all

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort

the cozy ambiance you would expect, no noise insulation, lake view i paid for is ruined by the parking lot

room we got was overlooking the parking lot eventhough at the desk they said you would have a nice view with mountains

to be kid friendly, my grandsons came with me, ages 11 and 14, didn't have many activities for kids, no game room

friend and i had to have room service for dinner

restaurant was closed for renovations, no room service, poor communication

7pm and we got a nuisance knock on our door about kids crying
