love that the kitchen and bar stayed open late for us because we were hungry and thirsty after a late check

wasn t made clear where things were and what s available therefore i ordered room service and ate in my room

t to be confused with the two big dogs in the yard behind the dark blue swimming pool, as they never barked

lovely garden restaurant and bar - very tropical, very belizian

was ok, and wifi connection was limited, so the hotel is great if you don't need to access internet for

the hotel is also right next to a great little bar and restaurant and really close to the ferry terminal to get over to the islands

that the bar area was nit open on our visit.

the gym exceeded my expectations

food was delicious, pool was perfect and we loved the room

room service was forgotten and misplaced and it was very late in the evening

was a large group of college kids

there is a rooftop pool and sitting area with excellent views of town

lounge chairs in the very top level of the pool area

called taxis for us to get around, and let us do late check out as we waited for our shuttle

breakfast was great and the staff was amazing and helpful

certain areas could use updating or cleaning like the gym or pool bar area

beds are very comfortable. good wifi

it has a pool, gym, and movie theatre to enjoy while you are there

room service and breakfast was not tasty

i did not visit the on site casino or movie theater so i cannot comment on those

we loved the pool, playing volleyball, and the playground area

there was a storm that impacted the wifi, but the technical team cam to fix that an hour later, so couldn't have asked for a better

the pool was beautiful and clean

maybe wifi password an connection may be upgraded
