pool wasn't open and no breakfast.

very friendly and helpful staff, atm and quarter machines, laundry, pool and hottub

dirty laundry and garbage left in hallway by housekeeper overnight

that it’s not a good for kids and the pool don’t don’t work and doors are broken

night people all night long in the hallway talking on there phone yelling not a place to take kids

the pool and hot tub were very clean

we liked the room and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at our hotel stays

way from alaska, so arrival was so smooth, he found us a great place to park changed our room so we could keep an eye on the truck from our room

young kids shrieking at all hours in the pool, older kids lurking through the hallways in gangs ogling

parking before check-in leaves you wandering around the parking garage until you find a way out.

parking was a little confusing but not a big deal.

we also loved the space in the room with having a bed, a sofa and a kitchen

location, starbucks at the lobby, pool, gym, panoramic elevators

the kitchen personal could have made us feel at home and smiled more

also, having a kitchen available during renewed covid restrictions let me make my own food right in the suite

even though we didn’t utilize the kitchen this visit, i will on my next stay

hot tub was out of service and the pool was too cold to enjoy, which was disappointing but being it christmas there were no service

tv cable box had no power cord the phone didn't work to call the front desk room was dirty the spa tub was filthy and sounded like a jet taking off from the airport the entire time it was on

some amenities could be updated to look better, like the area around the spa tub.
