the spa with the sauna, pool and jacuzzi was nice at the end of our day too enjoy

loved the location by the lake and the outside bar by the fire pit. views were beautiful.

no shuttle bus to the hall of fame. poor access to the outdoor pool.

the hotel was overall clean and in good condition. the pool was clean. the breakfast was nice

breakfast was decent (able to make your own waffle) with later hours on weekends (-)breakfast was subpar. (-)breakfast food was less then desirable (-)shower was a bit hard to decipher because the knobs are backwards, and the breakfast is not great, but overall, we were happy (-) breakfast room needs upgrades, awkward social media posters as decor, tables and decor felt thrown (-)very out dated and below par breakfast. (-) went down to get the breakfast and all there was avaible was a slice of toast (-)cleanliness,a viability of the staff was hit or miss,breakfast was a disappointing. (-)lights did not work in the room, the breakfast was lacking a lot was only danish and muffins (-) breakfast is a joke

bathroom was dirty, pool and hot tub were closed even though covid restrictions were lifted

the complimentary breakfast was a packaged muffin and a kids juice box

cute pool and jacuzzi were a nice surprise

we also had to do some laundry and the front desk provided complimentary detergent

wanted a late check out; accommodated me with no problem

room , the fitness room was decent , didn't get to go to the pool but it was very nice

price per room was inflated to take advantage of families bringing kids to college

pool water was dirty. kids couldn't swim.

the breakfast was awesome and my younger kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub

i really enjoyed the breakfast and the guest laundry was very convenient.

ev charger was available and worked great

clean and well tended to including the bathroom, in addition i liked use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym and business center which had a pc for my use

great staff, great breakfast (with options!), clean and an awesome value. highly recommended!
