the pool area stay dirty an the pool water was dirty
clean and breakfast the waffles were great
noise all night coming from within the walls of the bathroom, ended up waking up all of our kids by 5 am
breakfast was awesome ud83eudd29 and the breakfast staff very friendly too

laundry was out of detergent,and they gave me some at the front desk
no laundry bags and no tissues and had a problem with bugs in room

at the front desk was amazing and the breakfast was really good
the pool area was clean and the children had a blast

rene at check in was excellent, and a staff member helped our children find a tray to bring their breakfast back to our room

didn’t like that i had to make the hotel staff aware that the pool was much too chilly
i thought there was a spa pool there but there wasn't so was a little disappointing.
pool area had no hot tub, the water in poor didnt seem clean to me no signs of chlorine, also the
clean, breakfast was wonderful.
