we were able to do an early check in before going to the crab&cruise which work out great

like have a hotel catered to my needs the pool was very nice but cold at the same time period all in all the staff was great and wonderful

under renovation so no pool, laundry, outside dark

they were renovating so everything was closed no pool no gym ice makers were down on our floor

went to front desk to pay my 77 dollars that booking charged was told 50 fee for early check in

no microwave and charging for early check in

they charge a early check in fee even if they have rooms ready

was assigned a room that ended up not being a room but a laundry facility

my only compliant is the breakfast was very small.
