pool was closed and i was not advise of it unti i got there , they did not say anything about the

breakfast isn t complimentary, but i didn t have to pay for parking!

broken/ only working vending is on 2nd floor/ only 1 ice machine located on first floor/ guest laundry washer doesn’t spin, left me with sopping wet clothes/ mattresses were worn and

bonus that parking is right in front of our door

parking and access to the sidewalk was awkward, there are bushes right next to the right side of

the facility needs more space for parking. bigger vehicles take up 2 parking spaces.

they just need to up grade the continental breakfast

my room did not smell the staff were great the breakfast was good overall a great stay.

house keeping was great, but, they didn't have enough employees and didn't have enough laundry

on the day of check out, our room was directly across from the staff laundry room, a big mistake, the staff loud & very unprofessional

decided not to eat breakfast only bc my husband wanted ihop

was good but during room service my firestick remote went missing and they didn t find it amd i feel they didn t

lobby, spacious dining area, very clean, no odor of smoke we personally did not use the pool because it was a little cool,

difficulties with wifi

i asked for a early check in when i booked but in order to check in early i had to pay ten dollars and i don't

love the early check in times
