also, the balcony i had was overlooking the parking lot, it would have been nice to have a lake view

only able to park 1 car. had to move 2nd to a parking area 1 mile away.

problem we found was the parking of second car

wifi connection is not good. it's like no wifi, so be prepare without wifi

laundry bags in the rooms or coffee available in the lobby, however there was coffee in the room

walking distance to everything and convenience of the restaurant and bar on site

and friendly staff king size bed sooooooo comfortable excellent food at the restaurant love the pool and fire pit

the property is well kept with lots of fun things for kids of all ages and adults as well

to center, nice clean facilities, kids loved the pool and especially as the nights are getting cooler the pool is heated

everything is very clean and the pool is great

we especially love that this place has an indoor pool which my kids love

was fabulous because we had small children and therefore had access to the playground, and the pool easily, and we also did take advantage of the charcoal grills

my kids really enjoyed the pool and the rooms were exceptionally clean

told fitness room was open, but found out upon arriving that it hasn't been open for 6 months

the bar and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make everyone happy.

easy walk (in summer ;) ) via the bike trail that leads to battlefield park/beach road/cruise boats/million dollar beach

breakfast should be longer in morning

clean and had more than enough towels for our use, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was an added bonus that my daughter loved going to everyday

parking (handicap not enough) (-)parking was hard to find and wished there was elevators at the ends of of the hallways instead of (-)there wasn t much room for parking and the water pressure in the shower was pretty harsh. (-)were not enough handicap parking spaces (+)from traffic , lots of parking, felt safe, glad to see the water slides were open this last stay , last time i stayed with (-)parking is awful (-) lastly, the door closets to the parking lot and the designated smoking area didn't work (-) parking was an issue cause day pass swimmers were taking majority of parking (-)pass holder use lodge parking making it hard to leave and come back and find parking (-) we expected a nice view of the adirondacks and were mildly disappointed that we were facing a parking lot

under an hour to get to & the kids always have a great time in the water park & the

so much for the kids to do

great wolf lodge, jay peak and many other indoor hotel water parks that we've visited cause our bar to be raised

empty bag of chips behind bed, no room service after second day of stay (hence low rating for cleanliness) (+) they were super comfortable and room service was also very good (-)room service was not as expected stayed 7 nights room was serviced 1 time had to go down to desk

liked that thier was an indoor pool , and it was super convenient that thier was also a laundry
