no onsite laundry

on site laundry would be nice and a microwave in the fireplace room would be nice

staff was very friendly and helpful, gym is a bit anemic but functional and even has a bathroom

we drove 11 hours and arrived early in the day and were able to get an early check in almost 4 hrs prior to normal check in time

yes it had a small kitchen only that the stove didn’t work at all

the trailer was equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchen

the novelty of staying in an rv park.

our trailer had good heating and ac, an adequate kitchenette and a nice deck

staff was friendly and location was good. kitchen was well equipped.

pool and a restaurant - if we knew, we would not book this option in the cold winter traveling w kids -- using pool was extremely inconvenient

there is an indoor pool and basic fitness room

great property quiet and comfy. great fitness room.

they allowed early check in and moved us to lower level

it was extremely clean, and there is an attached coffee bar with snacks

was super courteous - room was impeccable - location was perfect - espresso bar was

husband and i loved the building design and the amazing coffee bar just steps from our room

as great as all of that was, the breakfast may have been the true star

with the exception of rosanda in the kitchen there was on around to help or answer questions

is a swimming pool, however it was not clean, it was green and filthy

it is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to see the car

swimming pool looked like an algae experiment and the continental breakfast could have either fruit or

i needed an early check in and they were very accommodating for my situation

i would prefer a more modern room with larger bath, no kitchen, and an easy chair/recliner

lots of serving personnel in breakfast room and kitchen

stay there often, love your breakfast and kitchen staff

desk was usually unattended, even at checkout time (and no manager could be located, even by kitchen staff)

the breakfasts were prepared in the awesome kitchen and included homemade delicious fresh baked muffins every morning

lodge is like a mini resort with a pool and hot tub, laundry, exercise room, satellite tv, large rooms with a balcony or patio, and a large, delicious
