in a long time, stains on the rugs, etc - wine fridge did not work, no coffee mugs in the main kitchen, 30 mins wait for everything

hotel is not modern but comfortable and good choice for those who have kids

a lot of equipment at the gym was not very clean

i wish they offered room service from their restaurant or alternatively, offer

a lot of amenities such as the gym and pool weren’t in use either due to covid

and perhaps a discount for the breakfast buffet to the clients of the hotel would be a big plus like other hotels do

of ice were an okay substitution but made things more difficult since we were traveling with kids
