for example, the airport shuttle doesnt normally run on sundays

the staff is friendly, there is an airport shuttle, swimming pool, hot tub and gym

laundry available 24 hours and gim room is perfect

the courtesy airport shuttle was not available to us and we had to call an uber - this again was due to staff shortage

no water pressure, toilet to low, needed a privacy wall for jacuzzi tub, pool party of 12 kids, so we couldn't enjoy the small pool, & the breakfast my dog wouldn't

the kids were laying on the plastic that covers the mattress so had to take sheets off my bed to cover

pool so we never were cold and didn’t worry my 5month old would get cold in the pool, excellent breakfast, it’s worth a little more money, best hotel we’ve stayed yet
