the fact the pool and jacuzzi were not open was disappointing...

the fire pit the indoor pool and hot tub the we ll groomed lawn trees dining area lounge gym working ice machine makes this place a 5star plus hotel

my shower pole was coming off the wall, also the spa wasn t hot and pool looked cloudy!!!

machines and vending machines need to be upgraded and at working conditions, also the locations laundry mat needs to be upgraded to have csc pay mobile option for washing clothes

wifi wasn't working. smoke detector removed and in a drawer

she did not clean my room for 6 days when the staff at the front desk told me to go into the laundry room and watch the sheets that's exactly what i did prior to that i put my sheets outside

also we stayed in early october when temps were still in the 80s and they said pool was closeed

they upgraded us to the pool side and it was great
