this room was the perfect location for going to the town, train, elephant rocks cc to play golf and close proximity to the freeway 1-40 without any road nose

comfortable stay, didn't check out as quickly as we wanted because the beds were comfy and the breakfast was nice

chlorine smell on first floor was strong in our room. we were very close to the pool.

facilities were great, had a pool, jacuzzi, laundry room and free tea and coffee at reception

my kids were so disappointed because we could only stand to be in the room for a few minutes

the bar/snack bar in the hotel was closed, as was the gym

cost at harvey s. a little expensive. also, no laundry at hotel. only at rv park.

and the pool was great for the kids

no room service . didn t like the fred harvey restaurant.

rather expensive for standard looking room. also had no available guest laundry on site.

room service staff tried to open our room at 9 a

gym had equipment that was broken and didn't work

but luckily there was a stairwell that took us to the parking lot

if you are looking for a 300 square foot room with modern a/c , an elevator, eggs & waffles for breakfast look elsewhere

our room was nice and spacious and the kitchen was perfect for everything you would need

our kids loved the loft style room upstairs

very spacious- a perfect set up for friends or families with kids

they had a nice pool, outdoor fireplace.

great breakfast at town hall we also love miss kittys. perfect location!

the only downside was there was no internet, no microwave in the room, and the pool could have been nicer

dinner and drinks at miss kitty's were delicious and the complimentary breakfast was really good

our kids loved the breakfast hall with shuffle board to play

place if you were in an rv as they seem to cater to them even making us park far away from the office as only rv’s got priority parking

bathroom is small, but we were fine with it, the pool was super warm and lovely

i do laundry once a week and stay 1or 2 days a week

the cabin atmosphere. my 15 yo son enjoyed the pool and the woodland out back.
