really nice resort with plenty of shops, restaurants, sitting areas, hot tubs pools, fitness room, etc

we only stayed one night but my kids enjoyed the pool area and small arcade/mini golf area

also, understanding that due to covid room service was not happening, however we pulled the trash out for it to be changed, the staff

no restaurant or bar during the continued threat of the virus

location was excellent free shuttle to ski resort

we had great massages at the spa and the staff was so friendly

front desk and spa personnel were amazing! very friendly staff!

we were only there for 1 night but there was an excellent kitchen setup to use had we stayed longer

we had a kitchen in our studio and it was perfect

being able to use the pool or weight room

no charge guest laundry on each floor was very handy

pool was closed too which i didn’t see any notice online

hot tubs and pool were closed so you have to walk down the street for these facilities

the swimming pool has a thick scum layer all round the top of the

wall; we received 3 free breakfasts and free parking due to them not having a indoor/outdoor pool as advertised

our room was a one bedroom and the kids on the sofa bed

we checked in late after 10pm with sleeping kids

the pools and hot tubs were also out which would have helped my kids cool off

very well furnished and maintained;; well equipped kitchen with very good table service and actually sharp knives

the kitchen and bath counters are solid surfaced, the plumbing has been updated with nice, tiled

kitchen was fully equipped with every item you could possibly want

pool you would need to drive too if you have

the 'touch-activated' kitchen faucet was a challenge to make work on demand

all the additional amenities, including the bowling alley in the pool table in the sauna and pool are all nice additions for all the family members

the spa was wonderful and the ski valets were the

you do need reservations for the aquatic areas (to avoid crowds) so plan ahead, same with spa services (these ones required a 48 hrs advance reservation)

staff was friendly and helpful, the lodge followed all the covid safety protocols, and the 24/7 shuttle was immensely useful

the faucet in the kitchen was hard to use

there is a spa also on site with excellent massage therapist

nice breakfast and cafe and extremely helpful staff
