the pool was very nice

morning desk (young male) was a bit rude, no laundry supplies, no $$ change available

the breakfast was good.

laundry room was dirty, basically needed swept

nice outdoor swimming pool with comfy lounges

easy jump to sedona, cliff castle casino, dead horse state park, cottonwood, clarksdale and verde river access

friendly staff, clean rooms. great breakfast

gave us a new room once finding out kids above us jumping around room

nice rooms, great staff & the layout of the casino is awesome

oh ya won at the casino too

my wife wasn't thrilled at losing at the casino but i made up for her losses by winning big

the bowling alley and pool. well run.

staff very friendly, the beds where comfortable, great casino machines the bar tenders where the best

stayed at the hotel as we didn’t want to shuttle back and forth to the casino

the only one had a power bar plunged into it with everything plunged into it, looked like a fire hazard

pool at the lodge didn't have lounge chairs and what was there wasn't comfy

clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff. shuttle service to the casino.
