this year we asked for early check in and we were able to check in even earlier as the lady on reception switched rooms

kids were on the sofa bed in a family room, which didn't look very comfy

heating controls not immediately obvious so kids frozen in other room

crying and banging from a neighbor room, which i didn't need before a full day ahead with my kids

pull out bed terrible, even for kids...springy and too thin

bar service was abysmal

breakfast was the best i ve tasted in a hotel all freshly cooked top

bed was a little firm for me but that's just personal preference and i found the bar price

choice of breakfast, rather than a boring buffet

ate in the bar one evening and the food was excellent
