no wifi and none of the bbc channels on the tv were working during my stay which would have made my

early check in given when requested

tv didn't get a signal so had to use my pc and wifi

wifi would have been helpful as would a shower gel/shampoo dispenser having some contents

breakfast was delicious, bagel with salmon. rooms in the main building are full of character

om the kitchen) and made our room smell like it also

advertised with room service and a restaurant, neither were true.

as slightly damp and couldnt find the kitchen light switch

room upgraded on arrival to double, nice size room, easy access for parking, breakfast cooked fresh to order with good quality products

the beds were so comfortable and the animals, pool and hot tub were fabulous bonuses

continental breakfast included which was a nice surprise

swimming pool was clean and just the right temperature, outside garden area was great and had a pool table

even has a pool which we didn t realise until we got there

white bedding, fluffy white towels, good parking, excellent food and excellent service

perfect, clean cosy and comfortable - owner looked after us allowed us to get early check in and late check out

the kitchen part is tiny but it was fine for all we needed

great location, plenty of parking and the room was amazing

central location in ramsey, very quiet and close to amenities with good free parking

at more could you want) rooms were perfect, clean

friendly staff and helpful , parking good, clean newly refurbished room , shower great beds comfortable

parking very tight with people using the bar

and the wifi dipped in and out a lot

less noise from the bar area

breakfast the following morning had a very generous selection of hot or cold options

lovely food in traditional pub environment. breakfast was excellent and room very comfortable.

sure what the hotel could do about that , but the providing a warm comfortable bedroom or cosy bar certainly
