did not have a business center or guest laundry - both of which were listed on the website - we would not have booked this if your

hotel is nice but no laundry facility which is nice when you’re traveling for work purposes

only one elevator worked at the time, also the spa tub jets wasn't working

liked that it had a kitchenette but i paid extra for kitchen supplies and did not get it and still managed to charge me

there is a small kitchenette but no supplies such as flatware/plates/soap

laundry facility has 2 dryer, one wasn't working and the other one was busy and didn't not dried

matched the 46$ price plus tax simply so we didnt have to do a reservation and he also gave us a late check out by an

the shower, and a unknown man came banging at my door in the middle of the night while me and my kids were
