it s beautifully decorated, posh, relaxed vibes, wonderful pool, great meeting places, over the top restaurant saint barbiana

i did not go to the spa area but i heard their services are exceptional

loved having a nespresso machine in the room! . the pastries and fruit were fresh for breakfast.

- music by the pool was very loud but when asked , it was turned down - breakfast was included in our package- hot drinks, pastries, fruit

was a bar across the street that had some late night guests (2 am - 3 am) who were pretty rowdy outside

fault to the hotel, but the bar service was awful

the staff was very nice, the room was very nice. the restaurant bar tender was outstanding.

around the corner in the lobby is the breakfast area (we missed it) and they keep courtesy snacks like popcorn around

were on the 1st floor and couldn't here music from the bar even though it was loud in the hallway

frat kids running up and down the halls not to mention the yelling from one end to the other

the gym was small but clean and had what we needed

tried to sit at the bar around 4pm but it was closed for inventory time which i thought was rudely handled

we got the king room with spa tub and it didn’t work

couch, chairs & some of kitchen chairs seemed dirty and/or needed recovered

in spa bath faucet broken so very hard to control temp

they also had a pool and they had filtered, alkaline water in the lobby which was definitely a plus

was great i love the shopping center is right there the pool was awesome and everything is walking distance i love it me and my friends will stay again but
