a great experience and thunderbird ticks all the boxes; clean rooms and facilities, convenient parking, close to local amenities like good eating spots and shops, helpful but not intrusive staff

at desk was so nice and pleasant, room clean and comfortable, great selection on tv and very fast wifi

sound proof, walkway falling apart, old fridge didn t freeze well, very small place in the kitchen to hang clothes

older building and the grounds were a bit unkempt but the pool, room and staff were great

complimentary laundry which was a huge bonus, because i was there for a hockey tournament where there wasn’t

good value, close enough to downtown. they were cool about early check in and late checkout.

the motel manager was very helpful and the motel had guest laundry facilities

the gym in the hotel is supreme for a hotel gym and the indoor pool and hot tub was awesome to swim in

pleasant room, great pool and hot tub, excellent gym facility

the spa was an enjoyable experience and well priced

years eve was alittle loud in the hallways between 12-1 there was kids screaming but we were up so it was not really a bother

free shuttle service was excellent

and it was wonderful that have complementary shuttle service within downtown

the breakfast was a great selection to keep you full until you needed lunch

as a mother with 2 kids backpacking arriving at midnight…this was not a safe location
