very organised and wonderful breakfast

as soon as we checked in and didn’t leave us wifi password & we couldn’t get a drink from the bar as no staff

emailed key box instructions and let ourselves into a dark entrance hall (all curtains in the bar and restaurant closed) and never saw a soul

no staff, so no welcome, no bar service, no water in room, no provision for a takeaway breakfast

breakfast was delicious

wonderful breakfast with warm bread fresh from the boulangerie

superb breakfast in an elegant room

jerome made the beds and put the room in perfect order while we ate breakfast

and breakfast was simply perfect

they were helpful with laundry, we had a cider nightcap one night

room service or meals provided in the hotel even tho they don t have a restaurant

were told by staff to turn down our music (from my phone which was not loud) while in residents bar at 10pm in case we disturbed other (-)hard bed. no physical bar despite hotel advertising one. (+)unique decor bar and lounge area cosy being able to eat simple meal when one guest was unwell was (-) whilst all the cafes around the hotel shut at aroung 8pm , one paricular bar nearby was open till about 1am & had very loud music & lots of people shouting/ talking which (-) the room was on the ground floor, right on the road and it was very noisy from traffic and the bar across the street (+)friendly and special thanks to the lovely waitress who fixed us a drink and a cheesplatter in the bar after our long car trip before returning home (-)breakfast too expensive, so we had it in a bar outside for exactly half of the price

there was no bar for socialising, or good night drink.

although it was a b&b there it was easy to get drinks from the bar during the afternoon and early evening and on our second night we had a splendid gourmand

great place for a family as they have rooms with a loft for kids

excellent that the disabled parking bays were immediately outside our, which made it easy for us to access our room

parking was easy and convenient

location with restaurants nearby if required and ample parking in front of rooms possible

parking was good and close to our chalet

property is great with kids and close to shops, food and the ferry

where our room was right by the main door, but being busy is the mark of a good hotel, and it was kids making the noise most days so i can't blame them for that

if you can not park at the hotel as the car park is small, there is more than enough parking around for you to get a space and walk 2 minutes back

wifi in room 19 was almost non-existent

odd location on a retail park on the outskirts of the town but fine - easy to get to & free parking

we was on a motorbike and the parking was secure

parking was easy for our transit van, though larger vehicles might find the access to the rear car

good secure parking with automatic gate access

safe parking for the motorcycle, plenty space for cars as well

we needed secure motorcycle parking and this was excellent as the parking area is at the back of the house and the property

free parking was a welcome bonus, and the restaurant served one of the best meals we've had at a hotel

wifi was terrible

great location - we used the sea water swimming pool next to the hotel each day

no specific reserved hotel parking.

stable wifi, as it was a bit ' hit and miss'

the wifi was a bit spotty in our room but we were able to use it for some time

were literally a stone's throw away from the beach and the permanent sea pool and a great beach bar and restaurant that sits on the edge of the beach

hotel is right next to a gate through the city walls at one of the nicest beaches with a beach bar and low tide walks to a couple of islands

they have a small bar across the street and serve an excellent breakfast in a very pretty room

breakfast isn t included in the room rate, but is offered for 13 in the owners cafe bar across the street

my first day, the internet in my room wasn t as stable as i d hoped to be but eventually the wifi issue was

relaxed bar in the evening and nice seating area outside in the quiet square

one chair and no suitable eating surface for room service

nestly it is a waste to stay and eat in the room when you
