great stay at a lovely place. perfect for our trip to play golf at st andrews

really enjoyed having a drink with others in front of the fire in the bar area

breakfast was outstanding!! staff was really friendly and helpful. bar was fully stocked.

went out of the way to help to organise an early check in for us

owner was both friendly and flexible ( allowed very early check in and later check

thought the little kitchen was a wonderful addition, as was the complimentary tea/coffee/milk (possibly from kerr's

furthermore, there's also the option of using the laundry service, a real plus

it had wonderful mod cons, great little kitchen with all that you needed

the bar had no bottled water

nothing all great good people bar great as was room no5

the large room had bottled water, biscuits and excellent wifi

free wifi and satellite tv was a great bonus
