the ramp was inconvenient. parking outside our door would of been nice as well .

the parking lot was trecherous

spa bath was large, but, not large enough foor us- we are both 6'

spa beds comfortable

oh, and the parking lot desperately needs repaving

clean room, comfy bed, large kitchen and quiet area.

came in from kitchener after a 7 hour drive and only had supper at 10pm

very small fridge in kitchenette.

kitchen and bathroom were not clean. noise from other rooms all night.

provided space for us to park a truck and trailer

understanding and accomodating, we asked for very early check in, got it with no problems

the pool and business centre were not in use due to covid

the coffee machine at breakfast provides low quality coffee.

cleanliness and customer service good gym timings and maintenance excellent

i was very disappointed that the gym doesn't open until 9 am as i had tried to get an early workout in before leaving
