me going to the front desk on 2 days to get the grab bar near the toilet fixed, which was essential for my family member who uses a wheelchair

notice of pet fee at time of check in would have been good. our dog did enjoy her stay, too.

the manager also charged me for a service animal when service animals are not to be charged for a pet fee

very good gym.

the staff were nice and the lobby was clean. my family enjoyed the pool area.

bathrooms need to be a little more cleaner and it said free breakfast but it was the same food sitting for 2 days my keys wouldn’t work had to get them

the manager was rude about the parking on the property

wifi was poor it had a weak signal and disconnected often

staff was excellent , very good wifi and lot of restaurants nearby

who seem to be up to no good constant loud music coming from other guests vehicles late at night kids running up and down the hallways late at

my kids loved the cable tv
