i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

check in was was easy peasy even wit the full st patty's day bar

i wanted to surprise my partner with birthday decorations, etc, by going early

the bar attached to the hotel is also excellent and food and drink are well priced

the kitchen had everything we needed for a small meal

i have used the laundry rooms before and never had an issue, however this room was disappointing

the communication with mandy (the laundry rooms guest experience manager) was excellent, i received nine different emails prior to

very secure, close to wedding venue we were attending, but rooms, dishwasher/laundry onsite

loved having a full kitchen

hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat

he was able to get me an early check in and assisted me with the check in process

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

because it was an apartment it had a kitchen so you could make meals

kitchener was having a cold spell while we were there, and the heat to the building wasn't on yet

breakfast was good. awesome staff. amazing room especially the pool area

no swimming pool :

suggest using a good or better anti-static softener in your laundry wash cycle
