it’s clean, you got a mutual kitchen with all needed équipment, a game room and a laundry

we didn’t need to do any washing although there is a laundry on place

the building is fine. nothing special. good that there’s a laundry.

room was just the right size, well equipped mini bar and excellent shower

bar was cosy and great atmosphere, food was lovely and complementary drink at bar too

tv in the room would have been great for kids in the eve

there were goats and donkeys nearby, which kids would love

restaurant was closed which obliged us to go back to midleton for dinner which is ok without kids or with teenagers but not willing with young hungry kids

the kids liked the swing and donkeys and goats and the grounds in general

it wa great to let kids roam outside and pet animals
