absolutely hate the hotel shares the gym with a neighboring residential property that can only be accessed by someone at the desk

my husband called about laundry services and the hotel provided us with coins for the washer/dryer and detergent, free of

did not tell me that i had to request room service so the third day, i did not have coffee in my room or clean towels; need to request

no room service until after stay.

they have parties for only reserved people and you couldn t experience the bar they had nor could you experience the roof top because people booked that up all weekend i felt

requested non smoking room but the smell in the room the first two nights was too strong for the kids

have laundry powder/liquid available for purchase.

the staff was very accommodating with a slightly early check in and a slightly late check out.

the hotel has a lot of amenities that i took advantage of, including the self-service laundry and the hot chocolate/coffee which was available 24/7
