pool is a big plus

bar was fabulous, but it closed so early

my kids were so happy

stayed for our anniversary evening, at home i have dogs that bark and kids that cry

i found that the restaurant and bar were a little pricey.

it is near to everything, staff's are amazing and accommodating, i love their gym and restaurants

has a very nice gym

they have a very good and well equipped hotel gym

tv media was simple to use, wifi excellent

went to take the kids to have a view and it turns out rooftop was closed i couldve paid way less anywhere else it

wifi was not working in my room and the toilet ran the whole time i was there

laundry was very easy and no extra charge

my kids loved the hotel and most of all the indoor pool

location is great for an early morning flight. shuttle service is excellent.

wasn t included :

that it had a fridge and microwave as well as a laundry facility.

did not have a laundry bag or note pad

had residue of soap on the bathtub rim, fire alarm went off for no reason, loud music till 2am, kids screaming and running down hallway

they were going to refund me so we could go to another hotel where i would be able to give my kids a bath and shower as well

said free breakfast when booked but the breakfast was closed and being used to keep staffs kids in

parking lot was large enough to park my 16 ft rental truck and out car
