pool was not open.
poor wifi signal and very slow, jacuzzi inop and laundry facilities are a mess.
needs to have a dirty laundry bag for my dirty clothes.
ice machine is located in a run down laundry room
advertised laundry facilities were unavailable

i was also able to request a late check out but for an additional fee

kitchen and spa features were unavailable due to covid and renovations so we didn't get the full experience
room had a nice spa tub in it which was perfect to retreat to after getting massages downstairs
resolve this issue and was pretty happy of how they handled the situation, other than that this spa is 10/10
the spa tub was fantastic
that we couldn't really enjoy our stay. and experiences the spa services.
