two beds in the room, fresh towels, clean bathroom, parking lot was well lit

food and wine from the awesome bar was great.

in-room coffee was not good but the room service coffee was excellent

parking only was super expensive and not a good option with little kids and traveling with

laundry service could be a little better

seemed dated, small gym and no water.

wifi was really spotty in my room

pineapple water was delicious. staff was soooo nice. lobby had great games for kids.

the dates i've seen the rings cost 500 sine nights which i would not pay and they don't offer a laundry room however i'm pretty sure they do pretty dry

the spa rooms are very spacious

the gym was the size of a walk-in closet. it got pretty full in the morning.

spa bath wasn't clean

would have given it a 10, but there was an issue with the in-room spa tub

hotel charges $15 for each reservation for their « services » (shuttle, gym)

the shuttle drivers were the nicest group of people i've ever met

many convenient shops (salon, gym, whole foods, etc (+) the gym was well equipped and clean (+) gym and sauna included in the package (-)not just a gym and hydro-pool (-) great gym still (-)gym was across the property in a separate facility (+)love that they had a peloton in their gym! all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. (-)did not have their car services available to drop off guests within a two mile radius and their gym was not available 24/7 (-)gym is across d road (-) the gym was open but that was it in the hotel

no pancakes and the cups for juice were kids size

hotel also has a free shuttle service for short trips which was great for pikes market

great views of the city around you, fantastic room service, a whole foods within the same complex of buildings
