good location, clean, nice pool

wish there was more communication from waitstaff at the 3 places i went kitchen, cafe and rooftop on whether or not we were guests in the hotel or not

the food at tuscan kitchen was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

rooftop bar was the cherry on top

beautiful local. lots of restaurants and shopping. good size rooms and wonderful gym.

i'm glad there is no weight limit for dogs and no pet fee

the off putting thing was the builders and all the dust and not being able to use the gym.

only complaint would be that because many amenities are not available during this time (ie: pool, gym, breakfast) maybe they should consider some other small bonus (free donuts & coffee) as you are

pool and laundry service was down. pool indefinitely time.

broken some time as the bottom of bathroom door was peeling due to the steam and no fan filthy laundry room , only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel dryer did not work properly

polite staff, clean room, great breakfast

was quaint, staff was friendly, and it was great being able to get breakfast downstairs

we loved the suite, especially the coffee / kitchen nook
