no towels for the pool.

laundry room extremely poor, laundry and dryers didn’t work

more signage, ie coffee in lobby from 7 am-10 pm. irons in laundry room.

everything was being replaced, the pool needed lounge chairs

didn’t like that we had to give up our parking spaces to allow for boats

and ability to park your boat in front of your room, staff was

plenty of room for boat and trailer parking, good location and was not worried about anything disappearing out of my boat or truck

jasmine was beautiful but causes me to suffer from allergies so i didn't use the pool.

the pool was closed pretty early

pool was by our room but was surrounded by hedges so you couldn't see it or hear people who were

close to where we wanted to be. the pool is awesome despite not using it. large room. quiet.

stayed downstairs and let the kids stay in three bedrooms upstairs

didn’t get a chance to get get in our private pool because the water was to cold

pool was not as big as i thought it was but otherwise good for my 2 kids

the rooms were comfortable and cozy, i liked that the rooms had its own kitchen

had rented out the whole house and were staying in a home with a separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom

we stayed in the suite on the 2nd floor, full kitchen and plenty of room

maybe instead of coin laundry, a free to use laundry would have been amazing since we didn’t have coins with us

it has everything, volleyball, tennis, basketball, pool, bbq area right by the lake

the back yard that included beautiful mature trees draped with spanish moss, a nice heated pool with plenty of seating and a large lake

the bunk beds were a great touch to rooms with kids or

other facilities like the pool and bar along with location great

better shuttle times for universal and didn't understand why they didn't go to magic kingdom

was a weird smell, the tub wasn't the cleanest, the gym was a bit small, and the free breakfast is almost non

food in the restaurant is amazing, the breakfast needs to be better and more options

the buffet breakfast was very good and the ladies who helped us in the restaurant were extremely kind and

i could hear the music from outside in the pool area in our room, it really wasn t a big deal

even the laundry room was good looking

you needed a separate card for the gym which you had to go to reception for every day

we appreciated guest laundry and the gym, also towels at the pool and the very friendly staff.

shuttle bus was free to the parks and reliable

my 6 kids are college students and they talking about the resort loool

my next trip there was with kids and room was smaller and further away from the activities

the resort is huge with lot of things to do for kids and adults

we usually make this trip 3-4 time a year the room was very nice and clean as well as the kitchen and

rooms are nice as well as the grounds. amenities such as the gym are great.
