pool area is not very well lit and the water chemicals seemed off, water was pretty cloudy

staff was wonderful esp. jane!!! :-) breakfast was awesome!!!!

beds were excellent and breakfast was good

typical continental breakfast.

i wish the breakfast had some sort of egg option or protein.

property, amazing staff, centrally located to great bars and restaurants, sufficient gym

few suggestions: - improved wifi connection with added password protection - hand sanitizer in the fitness center - better

saw they have area to work or read other than the room and the bar was a little plus to relax

and functional, the hotel rooms had large windows for lots of light and the lobby was open with a bar type middle and other places to sit and relax

the free drink chips (1 per person for a drink at the bar or specialty coffee) was a nice amenity and surprise

staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in and at the bar when we were using our chips for free drinks

wish they had a real espresso machine at the bar instead of nespresso

the pool! breakfast room service was excellent

wasn’t the best it was very salty (and i like salty food ) and their wasn’t many option for kids on the menu luckily my daughter isn’t picky

that is, it's not part of the fitness center or oriented towards kids

loved the bar downstairs & having so many entertainment options close by

two of the treadmills were not working in the gym

was able to accommodate my early check in request especially since i was traveling with a 2 year old that needed her nap

shuttle driver was amazing very helpful and professional

flooring instead of carpet; good mattresses; cool lighting(says my grandson); nice towels; pool was clean (but chlorine was strong) great location for a zoo visit
