was amazing he was the night shift front desk doing everything he was super friendly refunded our pet fee since our one dog was free and was overall

there were kids yelling as late as 1am in the hallway.
put us in a room right next to a bar playing loud music at two in the morning
the pool probably had 30 kids in it, one of which came up to me with no pants on in the water
my party and i was very uncomfortable and nervous because of the number of kids without parental/adult supervision especially with one or two little ones not even being 3ft
there were kids left unattended in the pool that were screaming
