so clean , very funky hotel and the staff by the pool were amazing and helpful

mechanism for heat was hard and clunky to use couldn't connect to netflix of spreaming as said no wifi or

room was lovely, there was access to a mini bar, the breakfast was unreal, the bathroom was a1 and the staff couldn't do enough for me and i felt

bar was cosy and great atmosphere, food was lovely and complementary drink at bar too

at reception were super helpful although slow but the bar staff except one guy , were quite rude

that these were for the “residence” however, they are located right across the hall from the gym that we were allowed to use

location, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, late check out 12pm, very friendly staff who made it very personable for us

wonderful staff even on bar that eveving

the building is fine. nothing special. good that there’s a laundry.

it's the perfect medium between a hostel and hotel- feels like a hotel room, but has cooking and laundry facilities

she helped my dad who was travelling on his own and arranged early check in

we didn’t need to do any washing although there is a laundry on place

it’s clean, you got a mutual kitchen with all needed équipment, a game room and a laundry

gym seemed to be good - didn t use it

welcoming, personal feel. good facilities. nice new gym.

just a tiny comment, a non slip bath mat would be great for kids, we didn't have one in our room
