elevators went out and had to walk up and down the stairs 8 flights with luggage and kids

no room service whatsoever. had to walk down to front desk to get towels and toilet paper

if you do get a smoking room thought the parking lot over on the other side is very small and for someone who has anxiety already about

they don't have much parking.
