we visited off season so pool etc closed but very nice to walk around the property

it would have been nice if the bar and restaurant were open but we were just a few days early.

the parking pad for trailers is nice to have since i brought my trailer this time

my kids enjoyed the pool, and the property even had some pool floats for them to use

cleaning, the location is far away the gatlinburg and pigeon forge but quiet place and the breakfast they need serve more alternative

we only stayed one night but liked the fact that it had kitchenette

i arrived at the gorgeous property and i was checked into a double bed room with a kitchenette

we had a pet, small dog - which i told them about but wasn't charged for it so my husband went to make sure

the drain on spa tub wouldn t stay at the level we stopped, had to continue to add water

a true family like environment and the whole thing could of not been nicer, cleaner, the pool and spa was wonderful heated and very clean

love the location great view of the island and love the indoor pool my kids wanted to stay in it

the hot tub and pool were nice and the view of the mountains and private balcony.

wasn’t very clean ants on nightstand cockroach ud83eudeb3 beside the bed floor in front of spa bath very dirty just standing on towel to dry off got the white towel very dirty just standing

location, great staff, very comfortable and kids had a great time too

it has an amazing roof top pool with a bar and great view of the island.

the views were beautiful and our group of 4 adults and 4 kids all had a great time

i loved that it looked over the island from the pool area

staff at the pool bar were extremely fun and friendly

breakfast could use some improvement or not offer at all.

i do wish the pool was a little heated but it still was a blast

the pool wasn't heated. smoking is located all way in the back.

also liked that it is pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee

everything was good. just wish the pool opened up earlier then 2pm.
