quintessential new england bed & breakfast

loved the bathroom with the spa tub! super cozy place. staff is super friendly and welcoming!

the spa room was beautiful!

the breakfast voucher was different than expected but the food was good

we had a delicious breakfast one day of our stay

it had fresh paint, good towels, cute bedspread, a well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could ever need for making dinner including can opener, bottle

the instructions for arrival, shopping, parking, etc

at the cottage with my two kids ,so peaceful,perfect distance between cottages,privacy,everything is

nice pond, beautiful playground for kids

the parking spot was right in front of the motel room and the area is safe at night

park good value for the money parking is a bit odd

grab bars in bathroom, air conditioner, reserved parking spot

and the best ice cream shop ever, free shuttle bus runs to the village green so no stress over parking

parking lot was unlit at night.

parking spaces are small

bathrooms could be upgraded or more spacious but the room, pool, and balconies were excellent.

there was a free shuttle bus into town every 30 mins which worked really well as car parking was a nightmare

the room was large and spacious with a great kitchen area

the view! the pool!

but i’d stay again for the view, the pool and the quiet

breakfast was really yummy

breakfast was fantastic and the afternoon cookies/brownies were a great treat,!

room was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing

our host also served us an excellent, sumptuous breakfast the next day

breakfast was phenomenal every morning, they even leave baked fresh goodies for snacking
