noise levels were ridiculous, kids running around , people shouting and banging doors til after 2am no staff on front desk this

we got some ice for our drinks from the bar downstairs, and the location was amazing too
check in, beautiful clean room, comfy mattress topped bed and fantastic all you can eat breakfast
staff were friendly and helpful. late check out was arranged without problem
modern, clean and centrally located. nice bar ( a bit small) and a good menu.
happy about late check out for additional £10

we very enjoyed pool and jacuzzi
how many guesthouses have large swimming pool at 32 degrees, jacuzzi at 42 degrees, sauna, great gym, tanning booth, jacuzzi bathroom and total comfort
also, there is a private jacuzzi room, sauna, gym and sun bed which costs extra
guesthouse are top-notch - from the luxury spa bath and sunbed, to the pool, fully equipped gym, and sauna, this guesthouse has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break
between fraserburgh and peterhead with near the local shops, country parks and beach lots of parking space
