room was very clean it was very close to laundry room and the staff was very nice the hotel it self was clean everything was good and

on the lamp above the bed as well as the bathroom door, the tub wall was broken, and the sheet laundry detergent was not allergy friendly

i liked that there was a safe and s laundry area with newer washers and dryers paid with a credit or debit card

breakfast had a nice variety of food

breakfast was delicious

breakfast attendants act strange and just stare

location, free parking, it was good for my purpose, which was to have a bed to sleep for one night

although we didn't use the dining options or the gym, they looked excellent

the lobby and bar were awesome the rooms were nice. loved the wood floors and no rugs !

the only downside to our trip was non-hotel related, there happened to be a bunch of kids on our floor that weekend

comfortable beds, very nice interior design, delicious food at the restaurant and room service (breakfast is to live for (*) we had room service from the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious (-)room service forgot to pick up our breakfast tag from outside the door, so breakfast wasn't (-)elevator/key card issues every day; 20% + $5 tax on room service (+)atmosphere, the diversity among guests, and the eating options: hotel restaurant, side cafe, and room service - my children s favorite choice (-)room service delivery was a bit slow. (+)was airy and spacious; great open dining/bar area; excellent room service (+) one staff member said to get in lobby, lobby said to get from room service (-) room service, food was cold and tasteless (-)was only available from 06:30 which when combined with no 24 hour room service meant that it caused time pressure when leaving early for meetings

all around great hotel including location to campus, clean, nice rooms, good bar and restaurant

gym is new, modern, clean. but you could use a few more cardio machines.
